EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Book Aura, we understand that preferences can change, and we’re here to assist you. However, due to the personalized nature of of our handcrafted books, exchanges are possible under specific conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have a 24-hour window from your purchase time to request an exchange.
  • Order Status: The order should not have entered production. You can verify this by checking your order status through your account or reaching out to Customer Support.
  • Eligible Changes: Exchanges are limited to adjustments in the following areas: Personalization details: If there’s an error in personalization (like a name or inscription), corrections can be made within the initial 24 hours.
  • Book Variant (if applicable): For books with different variants (like cover colors), you can request a change within the stipulated timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may shift. You can cancel your order at no cost within 24 hours of placing it.

How to Cancel an Order:

Important Notes:

Orders cannot be altered or canceled after 24 hours or once they have entered production. Returns of items ineligible for exchange under this policy will not be processed. Contact Us
